Jireh Reformed Church (Congregational), Cagayan de Oro, Philippines

It is with great pleasure that I have added the first Filipino church that practices exclusive psalmody.  Jireh Reformed Church is located in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  This congregation sings from the Scottish Metrical Psalter.  Cagayan de Oro is the largest metropolitan area of the Philippines.  Please pray that the Lord would bless the ministry of this newer congregation.

Eglise Réformée Evangélique Presbytérienne, Nantes France

I am pleased to list a French congregation on my website.  The Eglise Réformée Evangélique Presbytérienne is a work of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Ireland.  Nantes is a city located in West France, not far from the Atlantic Ocean.  Please pray for God’s blessing on this mission work in a most needy country.

Immanuel Presbyterian Chapel (RPCNA) – Dayton, Tennessee

Courthouse in Dayton, TN (photo source: Wikipedia).

Immanuel Presbyterian Chapel has recently become a work of the RPCNA.  Dayton, TN is a small town about 40 miles NE of Chattanooga.  It is also well known as the site of the famous Scopes Trial.  Just as a faithful witness was needed in 1925, so it is important today.  Let us ask God to bless this congregation that, among other things, desires to practice true Biblical worship.

Nashua Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Western Pennsylvania

I have added a listing for Nashua Orthodox Presbyterian Church, which meets in Pulaski Township, Pennsylvania.  Pulaski Township is near the Ohio/Pennsylvania border and is about an hour’s drive NNW of Pittsburgh.  This brings the count to six OPC congregations that are known practice exclusive psalmody.

Tri-Lakes Reformed Church in Colorado

Tri-Lakes Reformed Church is a daughter church of Springs Reformed Church.  Located in Monument, Colorado, this work is roughly half-way between Castle Rock and Colorado Springs, just a little North of the Air Force Academy.  It is good to see church plants happen in this way, where an established church plants another work that is fairly close, in this case only 20 miles up the road from Colorado Springs.  This has also been done in locations such as Indianapolis and Pittsburgh.

Casper Reformed Presbyterian Fellowship in Wyoming

For the next few posts, I will be writing on a few newer works in the RPCNA that have not yet been listed.  Some of you already know this news, but it is important that it is represented on this website as well.  Casper RP Fellowship is the second work in Wyoming.  This location forms the Northern end of a string of Psalm-singing churches that stretches South along the edge of the mountains, all the way to Colorado Springs.  Casper is the second largest city in Wyoming, after Cheyenne.  Please pray that this ministry would be blessed!

Brand new website for Santa Fe, TX Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland

The FPCS congregation in Santa Fe, Texas now has a nice looking website, which I am sure will be added to as time passes.  There are not too many church websites yet in this denomination, so it is great that the Texas congregation now has a web presence!  These folks are providing a great witness in the area, being located roughly between Houston and Galveston, TX.
